Finish each day & be done with it. You have done what you could. Learn from it; tomorrow is a new day. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

I’ve been knitting socks but the pictures are still in the camera. The socks I’m knitting are from one of my favorite sock blanks.

88/365: Today's dyeing adventure.

I love dyeing sock blanks. The problem is finding time to knit all the socks!

I have been snapping pictures with my phone so I’ll share those.

Sadie is a snuggler. She sleeps on the bed with me all night and most mornings I wake up to this.

We’re supposed to have a snow storm tonight, but for now there is only one patch of snow left in my yard. Luka is a fan of snow.

I spotted this last night.

Sharing

It didn’t last long, but it’s a start. The new kitty is still without a name. I figure he will tell me his name at some point. Hopefully soon.

As always, Sadie has been excelling at holding down the couch.

Sadie snores

She tried to nap on the floor earlier today but was plagued by an itchy nose.

Both dogs supervised me while I was eating lunch today.

  2. Love to see Sadie, and Luka and the cats! I have Happy and Denny sharing my bed. Sometimes it gets crowded when we all want to sleep on my side of the King sized bed. πŸ™‚

Happy New Year! So happy to see you and your gang again these last few posts. Fabulous pictures and such cuteness! What beautiful pets – I admit I am smitten with the dogs. Here we still chuckle over Luka finding a squatter in his condo. The horror! Thanks for taking the time to offer this rich, humourous, and enjoyable peek into your world.
Love the supervision. Knitting looks great too, it’s just eclipsed by the supporting cast.

  5. I always love to see your happy family! Glad the cats are getting along…I wish mine would. Luka looks like the King of the Tundra posing with his snow. *hugs* πŸ™‚

  6. Oh, my god, I got your very nice comment on my blog about my poor dead dog and i popped over here and COMPLETELY got my dog face fix. Those puppy faces are soooo cute I was actually squealing. You made my evening. Thanks for your lovely comments. Always fun to find a new blog. I’m liking that pinkiness.

  7. Happy New Year, Kathy!

Your new cat reminds me so much of my cat Wizard that I lost two years ago.

  8. Progress on the kitteh front! YAY!
